Sunset elopement on the North Shore

This elopement on the gorgeous north shore of Oahu was an absolute dream! I am obsessed with this location! It’s off the beaten path, and a long drive from where most people live/stay on Oahu, but it’s so totally worth the drive getting here! (And it’s all relative – the furthest you can drive on this tiny island is barely over an hour or two anyway!) The spot really has it all. Dramatic green mountains, a practically endless white sand beach (with zero people on it), lava rock outcroppings, and golden sunsets.

I was so glad Tiff and Randy chose to do their elopement photos here. Immediately upon meeting this sweet couple, they instantly felt like friends. They’re both so warm and kind, giggly and smily! Photographing them was a breeze because they were just so easy going and fun! And SO IN LOVE!! I love when couples aren’t afraid to love on each other and just ham it up for the camera. Being photographed can feel awkward, I know! But my best advice is always to lean into your significant other and give them lots of love!
