HAWAII PROPOSAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Congratulations to Jesse and Kim, who got engaged at Laie Point State Wayside on the gorgeous north shore of Oahu!

Jesse had reached out months in advance and wanted to plan a proposal that Kim would remember forever! He knew she’d want the moment documented, and that’s where I came in! ;) We devised the perfect plan and had every little detail ironed out. Buuuut mother nature decided to throw us a curve ball and it was a bit rainy, and quite windy on the evening of their proposal. Jesse & Kim just rolled with it, and I think the results speak to the beauty of their love, and Hawaii, no matter the weather.

We got those dramatic, wind blown photos in Laie, and decided to continue the session at a different (less windy, hehe) location: Makapu’u Lookout. I love that we got so much variety for their photos and it’s a testament to make the best of every situation and just have fun!
