MAUI FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY

Meet the lovely Clark family! They hired me to capture their special family trip to Maui! It’s not often that Grandma and Grandpa get to travel with both of their children, and all four of their grandkids, so they wanted to commemorate their time together. We chose this gorgeous beach on the west side of the island as the backdrop! I love this spot because of the dramatic cliffs and the gorgeous sandy beach.

I flew in to Maui for the day for their session. I always love traveling to the other Hawaiian Islands. I arrive early, enjoy a meal (I have my favs on Maui, check out this blog post), and give myself plenty of time to explore. I’m continuously scouting new locations for my sessions, and even if it’s a location I’ve been to a hundred times, I check it out, day, of to ensure the the conditions are perfect for photos.
