French flair at a private estate wedding in Northern Minnesota

PRIVATE ESTATE WEDDING IN MINNESOTA

Sara & Léo met and live in Paris, France, but decided to tie the knot in Sara’s hometown of Alexandria, Minnesota on her parents’ private estate on Lake Carlos. Guests came from all over the world, particularly, France to celebrate the couple!

They had a lakeside, outdoor ceremony, complete with a row boat adorned with florals. The grounds of the property were completed transferred just for the big day. New terraces and pathways linked the main house down to guest house and lake and provided a stunning backdrop for the bridal party to process down to the ceremony. The ceremony was so touching in a mix of French and English and readings in both languages.

After the ceremony, guests headed up to the main lawn for cocktails, before sitting for a tented reception and dancing just across the property. Everything was beautiful and elegant and it was so fun to work with this international couples and their amazing families and friends.
