Amy & Jin | Crouching Lion Couples Session

You guys, the beauty on Hawaii is endless! I’ve been here for nearly 10 months (WHOA, where does the time go?!) and I’m still discovering new places all the time. That’s one of the things I love most about this little island. I think you could spend all of eternity here and never run out of new beaches, hikes, and vistas.

Since I moved to Oahu, I’ve been out exploring on the daily; always in search of gorgeous spots for my clients’ sessions. Crouching Lion is one of favs and I’ve been dying to photograph a couple, elopement, dog, anyone, here. The views are stunning and it’s the perfect place for a photo session for adventurous people! It’s not exactly easy to get here, but I knew Amy & Jin would be up for the trek!

We headed off with clothes and cameras packed in backpacks and made the climb up the ridge. Once at the top, we had the perfect soft sunset and the mountains were so green and vibrant! This was Amy & Jin’s first photo session together and I’m so glad they trusted me to capture it. They weren’t afraid to cozy up and cuddle! I mean, how cute are they together?
