Meet the Kawaharas, officially my very first repeat clients on Oahu!! I originally met this sweet little family back in fall of 2019, when Lillie was just five months old! You can see their family session here. Now’s she’s almost two and… going to be a big sister soon! They’re expecting baby number two and I’m so excited for them!

This time around, we met at Kailua Beach Park hoping for a beautiful sunrise and calm waters. The morning of our session was a little rainy and VERY windy, but the whole crew was total troopers and braved the elements! People often think that we always have perfect weather in Hawaii, but we get a few surprises here and there, especially during the winter. I don’t think we actually saw the sun (hehe!), but it was still a beautiful session and I love the soft light! And, of course, little Lillie’s smile brightened the entire session. She loved being tossed in the air by dad; that guaranteed giggles, and she loved giving kisses to mom!
